I am one of the handful of attorneys in Central Florida who practices professional responsibility law. This area of practice includes defending attorneys when they've been grieved before The Florida Bar, providing ethics and law office management consultation, representing applicants before The Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and sometimes handling legal malpractice cases.
In addition, I have a somewhat general practice that includes Family Law (Divorce, Domestic Violence, Child Support, Relocation, Modification), Civil Litigation (Breach of Contract, Construction Litigation, Landlord/Tenant), Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills), and Criminal Defense (Battery, Theft, Firearms Charges, Criminal Traffic Violations).
Although I do not practice in the areas of bankruptcy, personal injury, employment law or immigration, I have friends who pratice in those area to whom I can refer clients in need of those services.
